Great experience working with Lucas. We test drove several vehicles and he helped me understand the subtle differences between them. He took the time to explain the different options and packages so I could understand what each vehicle had. He also helped me evaluate their full inventory to find the right vehicle. He also made sure everything went well throughout the entire purchase process, including the financing.

Jeff Belzer’s dealership runs like a well oiled clock. Starting with the delightful Trisha LeMieux, who answered all of my texted questions within minutes, to the end of the process, everyone who we worked with was delightful. I don’t think we could have found a better price anywhere else for our brand new Carnival and I also received a higher trade value than I expected for my Honda Civic. I will be going straight back to Jeff Belzers if I’m ever in the market for a brand new vehicle in the future.
We purchased a 2025 KIA Sportage Hybrid. Overall experience was very good. We didn't feel pressured. All of our questions were answered and we didn't feel like we asked a dumb question. I was surprised no one covered how to wash a car with a matt finish. Knowing you need to hand wash a vehicle with a special matt finish wash would have been good to know before purchasing the vehicle. Once you get an appointment I really like their service. Getting the appointment is awful. On three different occasions I have made an appointment online for oil and lube service. In all three cases i showed up to find that i didn’t have an appointment.

The dealership is very clean, has a large service and sales waiting rooms with amazing coffee machines! Plenty of salespeople to help so I didn't have to wait for anyone-and they were very busy. Yes I would, this was my first time there and Joesph got me in helped me out right away. However, when it was time to go I was called to the cashiers office and the 2 girls at the front were laughing and joking and smelling M&Ms at the desk and I tried to make light of the situation and they stopped laughing and gave me the side eye and then continued on laughing. If your from out of state it would have been nice to know that the only way to put money down on a vehicle is with a debit card. Especially since I mentioned that I was going to be placing a large sum down. Now I will accrue an interest cost on the loan until I can make my first payment which I was told will be over a month out.

Everyone was great except at cashier…I have more than enough GM Rewards to pay for my oil change ($71.) but even with my trucks VIN I couldn’t use them as I had forgotten my GM Rewards password…I was told at another GM dealership all I would need is my email address, I gave that to them but at Belzer’s it wasn’t enough…I had to pay the $71.00 dollars…I’ve bought over a dozen NEW Chevys in the last 20 years, but my contact has left the Chevy business…will I buy my next vehicle from Belzer’...

Great customer service on the front end when purchasing vehicle and on the back end, after owning the vehicle. I had a minor issue that the vehicle manufacturer was taking a long time (over a month) to help with, so I involved my sales representative who involved the head of service. The issue was immediately resolved. Belzers genuinely cares about their customers and wants to make sure they are completely satisfied. Definitely consider them for your next vehicle purchase.
