Brian was my service tech when I brought my 2023 Kia Telluride in for 2 recalls. Was told it would take approximately 2 hours but was done much much sooner. Even got a complimentary car wash! Only downfall was I was not told what the "fix" for the recall was going to be upfront so I called to call back and Brian explained it in detail!
