I’m a person who needs to get info and digest for a time, then learn more and make a decision. I was able to do this with Dave at Jeff Belzers Kia. It was a long 2 days and 240 miles of driving around Mpls and 7 dealers before we did a second test drive at the end of day 2. Then the car and its performance finished the sale. Dave made it fun and the final sales/financing/ paperwork went smoothly without pressure to purchase more and more.

Trever, our sales guy was the best. The financing was long and demanded we signed more papers than I’ve ever done on a car deal before. Went on and on. Also, noticed the car was certainly NOT detailed, in fact, found out it was dirty, when we got it home. These are minor things I believe can be changed to help the customer out.

Marshall was great to work with. He made me feel comfortable. Understood I was coming from a few hours away. He set aside time and the vehicle for me to view and get first look at. Being it was a fresh trade they made sure the vehicle went through the certification process. The service manager went over everything he wanted to fix on the truck. I feel like I got a brand truck new despite being used for a great price. Quick and painless. Will definitely return when it's time to buy for my wife.

The service advisor gave me an accurate estimate on how long the inspection would take. During that time he also helped direct me to the correct team members so I could go through my end of lease options during while my vehicle was being serviced.

You must call to make a service appointment.This was just a routine oil change & tire rotation. It was done in one hour. They will announce your name when they're done & direct you to the cashier. After paying, you get a report on what was done & it shows all the maintenance checks done. Also, they washed my car at no additional charge. The price was very reasonable. They have a nice clean air conditioned lobby with a big screen TV & adequate access to restrooms.

Belzers stands behind their customers needs and talked to Kia about getting a new engine from Kia installed for free. A little over three weeks later a new engine was installed thanks to Belzers. My vehicle had 116,000 miles at the time of the engine failure.
