All bookings are handled through the Turo app or website. Simply visit our profile on Turo, browse our available vehicles, select your dates, and submit a trip request. You'll receive a confirmation once we approve your booking.

Pickup and return location options are listed on each vehicle's Turo listing. Whether you'd like to pick up from one of our dealership locations, or select a custom location like your home or MSP Airport, we offer a variety of flexible options to fit your needs. Some delivery options may incur an additional fee. Details are confirmed during the booking process.

You must meet Turo's standard eligibility requirements, which include being at least 18 years old (age surcharges may apply for drivers under 25), having a valid driver's license, and passing Turo's screening process. Please review Turo's renter guidelines for full details.

Yes! Additional drivers can be added through the Turo platform. The additional driver must also meet Turo's eligibility requirements and be registered on the trip before driving the vehicle.

Contact us immediately through the Turo app messaging system. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means arranging roadside assistance or providing an alternative vehicle. Turo's 24/7 roadside assistance is also available for all active trips.
