The 2025 Kia Telluride showcases updated trim levels, new standard features and color options, and more. Since this model came out, it has been sought after and has become one of the top choices for families. With its appealing design, advanced technology, and comfortable interior, it is no surprise. Today, Jeff Belzer’s Kia will explore the trim updates, pricing details, and other features that make the 2025 Kia Telluride a must-see in the SUV market. Let’s dive in!

Design

Exterior

The 2025 model year did not see any updates to the design. It retains the same headlights, grille design, and shape of the body overall. The design has stayed the same over the past few years, so we’ll be expecting a design update for the 2026 model year. There have been some updates to the colors available, however. Dawning Red is no longer available in the 2025 model year, while Kia added the Panthera Metal option.

On the inside, you can choose from 12 different seat trims, with some solid colors, and some two-tone. This wide assortment allows you to pick an option that suits your personality. Give your vehicle a little flair with the Mahogany or Terracotta (new this model year!) leather options. Or keep it classic with solid black or gray. All the seat fabric is either made from leather or SynTex, which is a synthetic material that looks and feels like leather, but is more durable and easier to maintain.

The Telluride can seat 7 or 8 passengers depending on the second-row option you choose: Captain’s Chairs or Bench. If you choose the captain’s chairs, there are heated and ventilated seats available so that the second-row passengers are always comfortable. Experience class-leading 2nd-row legroom in this vehicle and enjoy the view with dual sunroofs.

Technology

There is no shortage of technology in the 2025 Telluride. There are dual 12.3-inch panoramic displays so that you can have more than 24 inches of screens for driver information, entertainment, and more. There is also a 10-inch Heads Up display available so that you can better focus on the road. The Telluride comes with the Full Display Digital Rearview Mirror. Instead of relying on the actual mirror in your rearview, you can use a camera at the back of the vehicle to display in this area instead. This is especially helpful if you have a full vehicle of items or passengers. You can turn this feature on and off whenever you like.

The Digital Key 2.0 is available on most Kia vehicles and allows you to not only access your vehicle without a key but also share your key virtually with family and friends. Throughout the three rows, you will see USB-C charging ports and a wireless phone charging tray up front. Also available on the Telluride is the Smart Power Liftgate. This automatically opens the tailgate when it senses your key near and closes automatically when your key is not near the vehicle.

Safety

New in the 2025 model year are second-row side airbags and Highway Driving Assist, which now come standard across all trim levels. As always, safety is the top priority, so the Telluride comes equipped with the following features:

  • 360 degrees Surround View Monitor
  • Blind-Spot View Monitor
  • Auto Emergency Braking
  • Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist
  • Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go

The 2025 Kia Telluride combines style, technology, and practicality, which makes it a great option for those looking for a family-friendly SUV. Pricing remained fairly stable from the 2024 model year, which makes sense due to the limited updates. The main upgrades happened within the individual trim level and the addition of standard safety features.
