Kia’s AI Assistant features enhanced intelligence that listens to users voice commands, answers questions and provides information all while the consumer is on the road. The system understands intent and context, which allows the consumer to feel as if they are having a natural conversation. Here’s a few other advantages to note:

– If the user gives more context and detail, the assistant provides a smarter, more in depth answer
– Continual over-the-air (OTA) updates will continue to make the system more intelligent
– In new Kia EV3 models, OTA technology allows Kia’s voice recognition system to be upgraded to the latest AI assistant using the connected car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) system
