Phone Charging in the 2026 Kia Sportage

The 2026 Kia Sportage is a stylish and smart SUV that blends bold design with some of the most advanced features in the market. Drivers and passengers of the 2026 Sportage can look forward to keeping their devices charged and fully connected on the road. Jeff Belzer’s Kia is excited to explain more about this innovative charging and power technology.
Multiple USB-C Charging Ports
There’s no need to fight over outlets anymore, the Sportage offers multiple charging ports for all passengers. There is a Front USB‑C port standard across all trims. Also, dual rear USB‑C ports, available on higher trims, keep backseat passengers powered up too. This ensures everyone in the vehicle stays connected, whether streaming, gaming, or working remotely.
Connectivity
This vehicle allows you to choose how you want to stay connected. Weather you would like to just charge your device, just connect to the infotainment center, or both charge and connect! The infotainment center supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, eliminating the need for cables and pesky wires.
Wireless Smartphone Charging
The Sportage offers wireless charging, allowing you to power up your smartphone, no cables required. Simply place your device on the charging pad and stay charged up during your drive. There is a little icon right next to the USB charging ports, and when a device is placed on the charging pad, the icon will light up to signify that your device is paired.
